Arixfit — Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Arixfit. We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet food and treats
  • Opened grooming or hygiene products
  • Any item marked as "Final Sale"

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at the details below with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
