Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Free Shipping

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

There are no hidden shipping fees. The total amount you pay at checkout is the final price unless applicable taxes are required by law.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available), allowing you to monitor your package.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Abezom is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
