1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are happy to offer FREE Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you would like to inquire about shipping to a different country, please contact us at info@arixfit.com.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Arixfit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), if applicable.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Arixfit is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly at info@arixfit.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Arixfit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@arixfit.com, and we will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
